Terms and Conditions
These terms summarize how Tradeline Master works and the rules for using it. They follow the agreements you sign: the Reseller Agreement (brokers) and the Client Agreement (each client). If anything here differs from the agreement you signed, the agreement you signed controls.
Who we are
Tradeline Master is a registered trademark of Silver Bullet Consulting LLC. Services are provided as Boost Credit 101 (Silver Bullet Consulting LLC) or as Personal Tradelines (PersonalTConsulting LLP); your agreement names which one.
We are not a credit repair organization
We are not a credit repair organization as that term is defined in the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do not correct inaccurate information on any credit report, we do not submit or try to resolve credit disputes, and we do not try to improve anyone's credit record or history. Anyone signing up for our services is encouraged to read the CROA in full before proceeding.
How it works
- Cardholders (the "Investors" in the agreements) agree to let clients be added as authorized users on their credit accounts ("tradelines").
- Brokers (the "Resellers") choose the tradelines for their clients. Choosing a tradeline that suits a client's goals is the broker's responsibility alone.
- A client is added only to attempt to improve their FICO credit score. The client never receives the card, the account number or access to the credit, and may not use any of the credit for any purpose.
- Brokers act on their own behalf, not as our agents, and must not tell clients otherwise.
Timing
- We estimate finding a suitable tradeline within 7 days of the Client Agreement being signed.
- The client stays an authorized user for two (2) billing cycles, unless three (3) or four (4) cycles were purchased, and is then removed.
- It generally takes one to two billing cycles for the addition to appear on a credit report, and it may take up to 60 days for any change to a FICO score.
Information we need
- The client's full legal name, date of birth and Social Security number, all of which the client must provide, along with any other information requested. Everything provided must be true, complete and correct.
- The Social Security number must be the one issued to the client by the Social Security Administration - not a CPN, an EIN or any other number. Giving false information about it can lead to criminal charges, fines or jail.
- Brokers must verify every client's identity, using know-your-customer procedures like those of financial institutions, and confirm the Social Security number belongs to that client.
No contact with cardholders or lenders
Neither brokers nor clients may contact, or try to contact, any cardholder, co-borrower, lender or other grantor of credit about a tradeline, for any reason. Doing so may end the agreement, or the client's access to the tradeline, without notice or refund. A client contacted by a cardholder must not respond and must tell us right away.
No guarantees
We make no representation, warranty or guarantee - express or implied - that being added as an authorized user will improve a FICO score, lead to a credit approval, raise a credit limit or produce any particular loan term. We cannot make a lender report anything to the credit bureaus, and we have no say in how a bureau shows it or scores it. Those outcomes are entirely at the discretion of the lenders and the credit bureaus.
Fees and refunds
- Clients: the fee is shown on an invoice before the client decides to proceed, and no fee is earned until the client has been added as an authorized user. If the addition is not reflected on at least two of the three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion), the client may apply for a refund of all or part of the fee. We check with a soft credit pull no earlier than 30 days after the addition is confirmed and tell the client if it is not showing; the client then has 30 days to ask for the refund. Refunds are processed within 3 business days and may take another 3 to 7 business days to post, back to the payment method that was used.
- Brokers: fees follow the schedule of available tradelines. A fee is earned only once the client's addition shows on two of the three credit bureaus, and until then it is held in a separate, non-interest-bearing account. Refunds to brokers follow the Service Manual.
- Chargebacks: a client must give us written notice describing the complaint at least 30 days before starting a chargeback or credit card dispute.
Cancelling
- A client may cancel the Client Agreement without penalty before midnight of the fifth working day after signing it. Any payment is returned within 10 days of our receiving the notice of cancellation.
- A broker may withdraw a client's application at any time before we report that the client has been placed with a cardholder.
Privacy
We do not sell, copy, release or disclose a client's information to anyone other than our employees, agents and the cardholders involved, without written consent, except as required by valid legal process.
Electronic communications
By entering into an agreement with us you consent to receive agreements, disclosures, notices and other records electronically, and those records have the same legal effect as signed paper ones. You may ask for paper copies where the law requires them, and you may withdraw this consent.
Disputes
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the client the claim concerns. We will first try to settle any dispute in good faith; if it is not resolved within 60 days, it goes to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator. The agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, with jurisdiction and venue in the City and County of Denver.
